| GPS satellites always present in the sky, sends location, speed and direction of vehicle to the Vehiclepath unit hidden in the vehicle. |

The Vehiclepath unit consists of a GPS receiver and cellular modem which sends GPS data (latitude and longitude) via the cell phone network. |

The cell phone network forwards the alert or location info on to your email, computer browser or cell phone. |
