30 Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason during the first 30 days you can return the unit and receive a refund for the hardware and network costs (refund limitation on service portion: to a maximum of $40 if a monthly service plan is purchased or $385 if an annual plan is purchased).

1 Year Limited Warranty

If your Vehiclepath tracker has been diagnosed as defective over the phone by a technical support team member, you may choose to have Vehiclepath ship a new one to you immediately. If Vehiclepath ships you a replacement by the next business day, Vehiclepath may charge you via credit card that Vehiclepath accepts or chooses, for the full retail cost of the replacement tracker. When you return your defective tracker to Vehiclepath, within 30 days after you requested a replacement, Vehiclepath will credit back the advance charge to your credit card. If you do not want to incurr the advance charge of our replacement tracker, Vehiclepath will send you a replacement tracker within 10 days after Vehiclepath receives your defective tracker. This limited warranty is good for 1 year. Discontinuance of service for 90 or more days without renewing service will void this 1 year limited warranty.
