30 Day Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied for any reason during the first 30 days you can return the unit and receive a refund for the hardware. 1 Year Limited WarrantyIf your vehicle navigation unit has been diagnosed as defective over the phone by a technical support team member, you may choose to have DriveOK Inc. ship a new one to you immediately. If DriveOK Inc. ships you a replacement by the next business day, DriveOK may charge you via any credit card that the purchaser or DriveOK accepts or chooses, for the full retail cost of the replacement vehicle navigation unit. When you return your defective vehicle navigation unit to DriveOK, within 30 days after you requested a replacement, DriveOK will credit back the advance charge to your credit card. If you do not want to incur the advance charge of our replacement vehicle navigation unit, DriveOK will send you a replacement vehicle navigation unit within 10 days after DriveOK receives your defective unit. This limited warranty is good for 1 year. Mechanical abuse of the unit or liquid submersion of the unit will void this 1 year limited warranty.
