Guide to Using Groups FeatureTo make it easier to use and understand the Groups Feature you can read the following information and/or follow the steps, with screen captures, listed below.With the recent upgrade from the Classic Vehiclepath login site to the new Pro Site we are pleased to provide our customers with more features to use for tracking their fleets/vehicles. The feature in the spotlight this month is the Group Feature. This feature allows you to create groups to help you easily keep track of certain vehicles. To create a group just left click on the Groups tab, then type in the Name you want the Group to have and left click Add and then left click Close. Once you have created your Group(s) you will want to add units to them. To add units to a group left click in the box next to the vehicle(s) that you want in the group, then left click on the drop down arrow next to “ Move checked vehicles to group,” select the name of the group you want to use and left click move. A little window will come up and say Group info has been modified then left click close. Step 1 - Click on the Groups Tab, type name of Group and click AddStep 2 - Click CloseStep 3 - Check the boxes next to the units you want in the Group, Select Group from drop down arrow and left click MoveStep 4 - Click CloseNote - To Modify or Delete Groups, click on the 'Groups' tab | |
